AUTUMN IS ALL ABOUT PORT! TRY THIS PORT & RASPBERRY SAUCE WITH YOUR LAMB CHOPS


Ingredients

1 Pouch Just A Splash Culinary Port
1 tablespoon butter
110 grams minced shallots
240 ml dry red wine
240 ml beef stock
1 sprig fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried
1 punnet fresh raspberries 

Method

1 Heat the butter in a pan, over medium heat
2 Add the shallots and sauté gently for 1 - 2 minutes
3 Add red wine and Just A Splash culinary Port and bring to a boil over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes to let the alcohol cook off 
4 Add the beef broth and bring to the boil
5 Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until it starts to thicken
6 Add fresh raspberries and chopped rosemary to finish, and serve
